A restrained privacy footprint.

TenderScope has no user accounts. Saved tender IDs are stored only in your browser’s local storage under tenderscope:saved-tenders. They are not synchronized to TenderScope servers. Clear them by removing saved items in the interface or clearing this site’s browser storage.

The tender database contains information transformed from public procurement notices. TenderScope does not intentionally store source-notice contact details that are unnecessary for the product display.

Ordinary server and hosting logs may process an IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp and diagnostic information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. Retention depends on the hosting and infrastructure configuration in use and should be finalized before public deployment.

No advertising trackers or marketing analytics are intentionally installed. No payment information is processed, and no non-essential cookie is currently required by TenderScope.

Links to TED and other external services are governed by those services’ policies. Depending on applicable law, visitors may have rights concerning personal data in operational logs. A public contact method must be configured before deployment so requests can be directed appropriately.

This notice will be updated when product behavior or infrastructure changes. The effective date will change when a revised notice is published.
