These terms describe ordinary use of TenderScope and its saved-search and daily-alert features during the current preview.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Acceptance and permitted use

By using TenderScope, you accept these terms. You may browse, search, and follow official-notice links for ordinary informational use. Saved tenders, saved searches and daily alerts require a signed-in account. Abusive automated traffic, attempts to disrupt the service or efforts to bypass its safeguards are prohibited.

Saved searches and daily alerts

Users are responsible for configuring their saved searches and for maintaining a valid, verified primary email address on their account. Daily alerts are scheduled digests, not instant notifications. They depend on TED availability, successful TenderScope synchronization, the selected filters, account email verification, and third-party infrastructure and email providers.

Delivery delays, missing messages, duplicate messages or other technical failures may occur. TenderScope does not guarantee that an alert will be generated or delivered for every potentially relevant notice.

Information, not procurement advice

TenderScope does not submit procurement applications and does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timing, email delivery or suitability of tender information. Filters and transformed source data can omit or classify information differently from the original notice. Users must verify all procurement information, requirements and deadlines through the official notice before acting.

Official sources and external services

The original TenderScope interface and project code are protected as applicable. Public procurement source data remains attributed to TED — Tenders Electronic Daily, Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Official TED notices remain authoritative. External links and third-party account, hosting and email services are outside TenderScope's direct control.

Preview status and updates

TenderScope is currently available as a free product preview. No paid subscription or commercial service commitment is currently offered. TenderScope may change, suspend, limit or discontinue preview functionality, including saved-search and alert features, as the product develops.
